St. Theresa School - Carmelite Sisters
Catholic Primary - Kercem, Gozo, Malta

At St.Theresa School, we recognise the importance of educating our students in Christian values. How students treat each other and adults is as important as their academic achievements. To reflect this, we have a Respects Authority indicator listed under the Christian values section of our Report Cards. In this respect we strive towards educating and instilling in our pupils, the seven gifts of the Holy Spirit:

- Wisdom : the ability to see things as they truly are in an open-minded manner

- Understanding : the ability to display a heart that cares, listes, understands and forgives

- Knowledge : the ability to understand truths about the universe by learning diligently

- Right Judgement : the ability to make good and wise decisions and accept the consequences of one's actions

- Courage : the ability to stand up for one's beliefs, to do what is right against any challenge

- Reverence : the ability to deeply respect God, others, all creation and self

- Wonder and Awe in God's Presence : the ability to realise that this great and powerful God loves me and is close to me
" proves itself by deeds, so how as I to show my love? Great deeds are forbidden me. The only way I can prove my love is by scattering flowers and these flowers are every little sarifice, every glance and word, and the doing of the least actions for love."
